WELCOME!!! I am so excited to get to know all my students. I bet you are also wondering a bit about me!
I
have been teaching in Sayville Schools for 11 years. I have taught at
all three elementary schools; Lincoln Avenue, Sunrise Drive, and finally
Cherry Avenue! Your friends, family members, or neighbors may know me
as Miss Baio!
I attended college at Towson
University, in Maryland. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and
Special Education. In addition, I received two Master's degrees. Three
years ago, I completed my first Master's Degree from Stony Brook
University and recently completed my second degree from Long Island
University in technology.
I live in Sayville with Mr. Gallo, our children Christian and Lia.... and our adorable Cavachon- Cody! When I am not teaching, I love to bake, use and learn all sorts of technology, and spend time with my family and friends!
I'm
looking forward to a wonderful year together!! I feel honored to
be able to teach such a special grade! Kindergarten is a year of
magical growth and wonderful accomplishments!
